License Agreement

Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of software products purchased from EasyAppDev. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Personal License

The Personal License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for personal, non-commercial projects. You may use the software in unlimited personal projects but may not use it for commercial purposes or client work.

Commercial License

The Commercial License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for commercial purposes, including client projects and SaaS applications. You may use the software in unlimited commercial projects.

2. Permitted Uses

Under this license, you may:

• Use the software to create applications and websites
• Modify the source code to fit your needs
• Create derivative works based on the software
• Include the software in applications you distribute (subject to restrictions below)

3. Restrictions

Under this license, you may NOT:

• Redistribute: Sell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code as a standalone product or template
• Compete: Use the software to create competing products (starter kits, templates, or similar offerings)
• Share Access: Share your license or access with others not covered by your license
• Claim Ownership: Claim ownership of the original source code
• Remove Attribution: Remove attribution notices (Personal License only)

4. Source Code Ownership

The source code and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of EasyAppDev. This license grants you the right to use the code, not ownership of it.

5. Updates and Support

Personal License

Includes 1 year of updates from the date of purchase. After this period, you may continue using your current version or renew for additional updates. Community support through documentation and forums.

Commercial License

Includes lifetime updates for the licensed product. Priority email support with response within 2 business days.

6. Third-Party Components

The software may include third-party libraries and components that are subject to their own licenses. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party license terms. A list of third-party components and their licenses is included with the software.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYAPPDEV BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYAPPDEV'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE. EASYAPPDEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Upon receiving a refund, your license is terminated and you must cease using the software.
